Summer is a great time for you to turn over a new leaf. In fact, by making small changes to your daily routine, you cultivate healthy habits that will last you a lifetime. For example, say that your goal is to drink more water throughout the day. How do you do just that? You start by replacing sugary soft drinks and calorie-ladden energy drinks and smoothies with something cool, refreshing, and good for you–water.
You change things up by adding pieces of fresh fruit to your glass of sparkling H2O. You buy a new water bottle and carry it with you wherever you go. You make it a point not to order other types of beverages when you go out to eat. You adopt a new attitude towards healthy living and it shows. You look and feel phenomenal.
